I got my work out in at the "Y" in Pa. Chest, back Abs day. Chest exercises: incline dumbell press puch ups machine chest press Back exercises: T-bar row Lat pull down bent dumbell row abs: cruches jack knife leg raise (chair) Finished up work out with 3 mile jog (27:10)
