In the Zone

I feel like I am in the zone. Today I did some weight training followed by 40 minutes of cardio. I am getting ready for the Turkey Trot. It's a 5 mile run Thanksgiving morning. If the weather is nice....I will do it ...if its crappy....I wont. I am a fair weather runner ...Ok here is today's shoulders, biceps, triceps workout: shoulder exercises: Dumbbell shoulder press supersetted with lateral raises real delt machine biceps exercises: cable curl supesetted with prone dumbbell curl incline hammer dumbbell curl Triceps exercises: overhead cable extension dips I can do dips now and it is soooo cool. I can only do 4 or 5 to start but I keep doing them until I can only do 1
