Garland, this is a Bodybuilding and Weightlifting Board. Of course we do "resistance training" ........Resistance training just a fancy name for lifting weights and pumping iron. You look awesome. Nice "traps"!!
I do a 3 day split routine. Chest, back abs one day. Biceps, triceps, shoulders one day. Legs one day. I train heavy or light day for about 45 min or and hour and finish up with cardio. I do some yoga and running on my non-lift days.
