Busy weekend

Friday was recovery day. Saturday I moved my in-laws into a new house. Did lots of awkward lifting,(back is a little sore) but the weight training really helped me get through it. Sunday was a leg day. I took it easy because I lifted furniture the previous day with my legs. I did the following exercises
Quad exercises:
leg press
leg extensions
lying adduction
Hams & Glutes:
leg curls
lying abduction
calves:
seated toe press
Finished with 30 minutes of cardio.
