Thursday
I ran for 30 minutes outside with a bit of soreness still. Actually I think I did more brisk walking than running. My heart rate was just getting up into the 140's from walking up hills. I ran on the downhills which probably wasn't that smart since it aggrivated my shins more. When I came back I did some crunches. I'm doing a 2nd session tonight after work. It will be at the gym. Going to do 20 - 30 min of light - no impact cardio on the arc trainer and also lift.
My husband and I also decided that we would invest in a YMCA membership since we no longer get our free gym memberships. That way I can start swimming immediatey in the indoor pool.

Nice Job! I belong to the "Y" It is great because I travel and every town has a YMCA.
