It has not been easy, however after escaping an abusive marriage 9 years ago, my children and I were blessed with one of the best gifts God has given us. My husband, James T. Bond. He has come into our lives and turned it around. We were wounded birds that he helped to nourish back to health. He has given his life to making our lives better and in that has struggled to keep a roof over our heads. In the last few months he entered the body for life competition in hopes of providing better for our family and reaching people through our Christian film ministry. He has made it as one of the final 15. Now we're standing in prayer for him to win. I have never met a more giving person and I'm not sure that I ever will. We need all of your prayers as well as your votes. Please stop by and vote for my hubby his name is James Bond. 2 days left to vote, and you can vote once per day however you can Pray as often as you can. bodyforlife.com/challenge/vote.asp?voteId=1 bodyforlife.com In just 12 weeks: Before Weight: 201 lbs. Body Fat: 19% After Weight: 185 lbs. Body Fat: 5.5% --Lost 28 pounds of fat. Gained 12 pounds of muscle.-- He has motivated me and our children to get on track with fitness. Hey where are you from in OH? This is James logged into to my wife's account. First.. thanks so much for your support! As far as the program, I followed it pretty much to the tee but I did make some mods. Especially the last two weeks where I ate more veggies less carbs and did some extra BFL style cardio sessions. Supplements I took were Myoplex original, Phoshagen HP, CLA and during the last two weeks I took Thermo Dynamx too. I was really amazed to watch my body and food desires transform during that 12 week period. I was joking with my kids that I couldn't believe there were ab muscles underneath all that... I thought that six packs were a myth!! or scam, haha. Anyway, I'm obviously really excited about BFL and the whole experiance has been awesome. I'd love to help anyone who want to take that journey to fitness anyway I can. Thanks again.

I live in Columbus, but I travel the entire state and know it like the back of my hand. How did you figure your % of body fat? and do you know how much lean muscle mass you gained? I think the tan really help with definition. I am going to review the BFL program and those suppliments. I am sure I will have more questions. Congrats

I lived in Columbus for a while... my folks are still out there... Granville actually. I bought some accu-fitness calipers and did a 7-site calculation method. I took some of the measurements and my son would take the ones I couldn't. I did it at least once a week first thing in the morning. I used this site to do the calcs: http://www.rustyiron.net/formmal7.htm Now I use a 3-site method and mostly just keep an eye on how the measurements change per site. I gained 12 lbs of lean mass! That was the awesome part about it all... I couldn't believe I could add muscle while losing weight. Here were my stats: Before Weight: 201 lbs. Body Fat: 19% After Weight: 185 lbs. Body Fat: 5.5% --Lost 28 pounds of fat. Gained 12 pounds of muscle.-- And yes... the tan most definitely accentuates muscularity.. so does the removal of hair... I used nair. The darker the better when you take photos. I used a competition temp tan by Jan Tana for the final pics. Hope that info helps. I'll help out any way I can. God Bless, James
