ARGH Day 3?
Woke up and my shins were killing me. I am just not use to running outside at ALL! 2 days and I'm hurting?!! WTH? Decided to R&R this am but will bike this afternoon. I think it is going to rain so if it does then I'll setup the mag trainer inside and just bike on that. Might lift a little too if I am stuck indoors.

Sounds like you need to take it is on the running at first. Cross train on eliptical and other stuff. Good Luck
