Did 30 min of cardio and Yoga.

Good workout. I went to physical therapy and got a massage to start my workout. It is such a hard way to start your day! Can you just hear my sarcasm??? Did alot of shoulder exercises with 4 and 5 lb weights. It seems so trivial when you go from 20-40lb weights and then have to use puny weights. Oh well. At least it is feeling better. Tammy

Thanks Tammy, weocome back.....Just listen to the doctor and go light....BTW I wish I could start my work out with a massage
