Training for a reason
Hi everyone. I am jelous(sp?) everyone is getting skinnier!
I am so happy for everyone.
I just wanted to say I finally was okay'd to go back to the gym and start working out at low weights.
I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder(sucker hurt!) No lifting over my head for awhile.
I was invited to a lifting competiton (raw bench press) in January and my Physiotherapist said he will work with me. I am so psyched! I had a good time getting back to a little lifting. There is a possibility that I could be on the team at my gym. My husband was a little upset because he thought I would be traveling all over the country.

Training with a specific goal seems to be a real motivator. Good Luck
