Chest:
Incline dumbbell press
Flat dumbbell fly supersetted with Push ups
Pec deck fly
Cable fly
Back:
Reverse lat pull down
One arm seated row
Straight arm pull-down
Abs:
Rope crunch
Bench leg raise
Reverse trunk twist
Finished up with 20 min of cardio
Great work out. Went home and pounded the protein. I am little sore today but not too bad. The legs are almost fully recovered from the beating that I gave them on Sunday

Thanks Julie, Good to see that you are doing Pilates. That is such a good work out for "the core". Keep it up. I hope to see you at the next meeting.
