Man I feel like I need to go back weeks and work my way up to today, lot's of new faces, and did I see that right? DID I SEE VAL POST? YAHOO, I will work my way up, so get ready for current posts to old threads. Finally got the gym set up how I want it (I think), garage is still mostly in boxes as well as the house, but f*@k it, the gym is set up.

Cable Standing Biceps Curl: Set 1: 15 reps @ 45.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 45.0 lbs
Alternate Heel Touches: Set 1: 90 reps | Set 2: 90 reps | Set 3: 70 reps
Stability Ball Weighted Crunches: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs
