Almost there
I have got most of my body looking good. Just found this board today and was wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for my butt and thighs? I have a very physical job and have built up my arms, calves, back muscles and abs. I have very good muscle tone in all those areas, but can't seem to build up tose two problem areas.

Dawn, Welcome If you look back a few weeks ago, you will see that I posted about my flat ass. My butt is my worst muscle too. I have tried a lot of things but to no avail. I blame my flat ass on genetics. That being said, I still work the butt and thighs pretty hard.(because they are such a largest muscle group). For the butt, I suggest the "butt blaster" machine (provided your gym has one) The other thing I do is lie on my back with my foot on the bench, I lift my back off the ground...this may be called bench bridges.. but I dont know. As for the thighs, nothing is better than old fashioned squats....Good Luck
