Real Men Do Yoga

I mentioned this book in a post a week ago This past weekend I bought a book called: Real Men Do Yoga. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0757301126/104-1689330-0122359?v=glance Eddie George (Heisman trophy running back from Ohio State) in pictured on the front cover. Yoga is becoming more popular among professional athletes (NBA,NFL,NHL,Golf...etc.). My wife has practiced for years and I always thought of it as a "chick thing". Guys "lift" and women "stretch" In January I started practicing Yoga. Around the same time she started getting serious about lifting. We have both benefited from the crossover. There are several types of Yoga. I practice basic yoga that helps you strengthen and stretch your muscles to enhance your other activities. I do yoga twice a week(Monday & Friday). Yoga helps me lift more, run further and recover faster. This book confirms my passion for Yoga and how men can benefit from it.
