I just downloaded some new music to my MP3 player. I love listening to music when I lift...or do cardio. ... Ok here are some of my favorites:
AC/DC, Barenaked Ladies,Guster,Green Day,Evanesence(Bring Me Back to Life is my favorite),Maroon5,Oasis,Weezer,Stained, Three Doors Down,Rolling Stones, REO Speedwagon,Goo Goo Dolls,Dave Matthews Band,Cold Play,Ben Folds....I like to old rock and combined with new stuff.
What kind of music do you listen to during exercise?
Good choices, you have to throw a little Guns and Roses into the mix, as well as a pinch of Ozzie. Nothing like dead lifting to "crazy train"! How about the band Scorpian! Awsome to lift to. I will even have to admit that Eminem is not to bad. I like all of your choices. Believe it or not, (this is way before my time), but Jethro Tull gets the blood a workin!!!!

Hi John,
Just to show you that I am making an effort to post , I will admit to very embarrassing music choices while I do my cardio--old hip hop and house music. It is a leftover from my days teaching aerobics, I hear certain songs and I remember when I was fit. It is also very rythmic, which helps keep my revolutions up on the bike/treadmill.
I do, however, love you music choices, and sometimes I listen to Third Eye Blind, Guns and Roses and MatchBox 20. But I would be very embarrased if you ripped the head phones off my ears and heard "baby got back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
cheers,
KarenK

Yep, I got some Matchbox 20 and Third Eye Blind....But I do like some 70s disco music (but I will never admit it in public )..so you are not the only one that is embarrassed by your music
I just got an IPOD Nano and have other assorted MP3 players for the last couple years so lots and lots of MP3's. I rotate 300 - 500 songs (2GB) on the IPOD and then another 20GB on my hard disk and it keeps growing thanks to emule and itunes. I'm a music nut. I have all kinds. Many mixes done by different DJs. Some specific for working out and have BPMs planned out for spinning or classes. You name the genre and I have it with the exception of probably blue grass and country. Nice collection!! I have several Gigs on my hard drive and 1 gig on my MP3 player. That Nanao is SOOOO cool. I could not trust myself with one because I am really hard on stuff. My first MP3 player got smashed by a dumbell. I am on my third player. How do you like Emule? I will call you to discuss. I also downloaded a free FTP (file transfer protocol) program but I am not sure how to use it. I also have tons of music to share.
