Wed - Happy Hump Day!
Swelling is down on my finger.. Yay. It really isn't as bad as I thought.
No big deal at all. Headed to the gym now for my cardio session. My legs are still sore but I will stretch after I warm up a little and do low to moderate intensity. I think the cardio will help. It is when I am sitting around doing nothing that they tighten up so much! Happy hump day!
Glad the finger is better. I hate sitting for a while after a big leg day, takes a while to get up to speed
I had to bust out a short workout after yard work so I do not miss RockStar INXS \m/ !
