Here is what I accomplished tonight:
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 15.0 lbs
Dumbbell Arnold Press: Set 1: 15 reps @ 10.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 10.0 lbs
Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise: Set 1: 15 reps @ 5.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 5.0 lbs
Cable Triceps Pushdown (V bar): Set 1: 15 reps @ 30.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 30.0 lbs
Worked the arms and back tonight, felt really good!

Straight-Arm Lat Pushdowns: Set 1: 15 reps @ 50.0 lbs
Barbell Shrugs: Set 1: 15 reps @ 100.0 lbs
Dumbbell Biceps Curl - standing: Set 1: 15 reps @ 20.0 lbs
Feet Elevated Crunches: Set 1: 55 reps | Set 2: 55 reps
Stability Ball Weighted Crunches: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs
CARDIO:
Skiing - Nordic: 303 calories burned: 1.0 mile, 15 minutes ,4.0 mph
