Dumbbell One Arm Row - elbow close: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs
Plie Squat - dumbbell: Set 1: 15 reps @ 25.0 lbs
Dumbbell Biceps Curl - standing: Set 1: 15 reps @ 10.0 lbs
Hamstring Curls - prone: Set 1: 15 reps @ 25.0 lbs
Ab Lounge: Set 1: 90 reps | Set 2: 90 reps
And that pretty much sums it up!
