I went to the gym this morning for another exhilirating work out at power class!!! I love this class - even when I'm making the "ugly face" to get through the last of my sets! I also decided to work some extra cardio in before class and walked about 4 miles on the indoor track. How's everyone else's work out today?? Dee Dee
