New Name, New Routine
Ok, changed my name for the third time.
Second, it is exactly two weeks from my physical abilities test with the highway patrol...so I'm gonna drop the weight lifting and focus on pure cardiovascular workouts. I'm up to running almost a whole mile. After 6/10 of a mile I'm talking to myself, telling me I can do it. 7/10 of a mile I'm walking. So I'm sure I'll make it to a mile, even though running a mile is not required. I have to run 225 yards, twice and sprint 50 yds, twice. Well, hell, the entire circuit is actually running, so I'm just getting prepared.
Another reason I'm dropping the weights for right now is I need to lose the 10 pounds I gained since beginning the weight lifting program.
I'll be keeping up with ya'll and signing in ocassionally. Of course I'll definitely let ya'll know how the test went.
Am I cutting my own throat dropping the weights, now? Or should I wait another week?

Good Luck,
To drop weight quickly, just go pure protein a week or two before the weigh in. Cut out the salt. You will lose water weight. After weigh in you can carb up again. Wrestlers do it all the time to get down to there wrestling weight. Take a day or two off everything before the testing. Good Luck. BTW where is your picture? If I can post my ugly mug, you can too
