How do u guys workout. I'm thinking 3 days cardio (walk or bike for a min. of 30 mins) & 3 days weight train. What do yall think? Thanks,

Hi Erika!! I try to do at least 30 minutes a day too, be it cardio or weights, although I have had very little time this week so I only got to work out twice....*sigh*

Sounds good to me, I have worked up to weight training 5 days per week, and some sort of cardio 7 days, some days it is just a short walk. I did not start here, I was just walking for a long time. Start slow and work up as you gain strength, endurance, and knowledge.
