Getting back into Working out!!

Getting back into working out and I love it. I was really suprised how much my strength has gone down,but can't wait to see results. My Dr. just started letting get back into working out. My surgury was on June 21st so I do feel like I am doing well in that aspect. Any suggestions as to a nice begining work out. Hope you all are doing well.

My advice is to eat plenty of protein!!!. Building muscle requires lots of it. Also start off slow. Lastly, just stick with it. It will take some time to build muscle, but the wait is well worth it. Good Luck.

KJ: I agree with the guys. It's hard to suggest something since there are many things to consider. I would suggest that if you are going to a gym to get with some of the trainers and come up with a program for you and go from there. Jesse

Thanks for the advise guys. I know slow and steady wins the race so I do plan on going slow. Walking walking walking seems to be the key right now but would like to keep some of that strength. Thanks again
