seated cable rows dumbell shoulder press (25lb-12, 30lb-12, 35lb-10) forward shoulder raises(20lb-12,10,8) hurts my left shoulder shrugs(45lb-15,12,12) good mornings (45lb bar-15, 55lb-12,12) leg press (245lb-15, 340lb-15, 425lb-12) leg extension (100lb-15, 110lb-15, 120lb-12) shoulder press w/bar (45lb-10, 55lb-10,8) left shoulder again! I told you all about a 55lb dumbell almost dropping on my head....well, I went into the gym and saw that the one end broke completely off the handle part! glad it didn't come off in my hand! Have a great weekend! I probably won't be on much next week. I have a friend coming form Jamaica to visit! We are going to Hershey park, and Lancaster to the outlets to go shopping! Good job ! Nothing for me Friday, the commute killed me last week, I am picking back up Sat.
