Hi Everyone: Thanks for the warm welcome to the forum. Just wanted to tell you what I did today: Abs: 100 crunches on the machine @ 180 lbs 50 leg lifts 75 regular crunches on the slant board 4 shoulder exercises and 3 back exercises 15 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes in the sauna to relax. Have a Happy 4th. My gym is open in the morning so that means it's legs day early. Jesse

Good job Nothing for us today, I did walk nine holes of golf carrying the clubs, nice 2 mile walk. (Wife and I), we will hit it hard in the morning.
