New to the Forum
Hi Everyone:
This is my first post and wanted to tell you about myself.
I've been lifting since my surgeon allowed me in January, 2004. I enjoy going to the gym and I'm convinced that weightlifting has assisted me in not having hanging skin. Feel free to check out some of my photos at the link below:

I am still a pre-op for 50 days or so and am hoping that once I am cleared with my PCP that I'll be able to get in the kind of shape that you are in. That is my goal even though I am a woman, I believe that it is possible for me to be buff and still feminine (sp). I was just talking with my hubby today that it would be nice to get buff and hopefully not have to have so much plastic surgery if any at all. I have around 240 pounds to loose here though. So, what ever advice ya'll can give, I'd greatly appreciate it. Feel free to look at my profile, not a problem. I do plan on hireing a personal trainer once I am cleared so that I have the guidance I need each and every time I need it. Ya'll have a great night.
