Thurday's fun!!!!
I got to do an hour of BodyPump (my weight lifiting class) and an hour of BodyCombat (Kickboxing!)
I didn't realize how much my endurance level went down while I was MIA from the gall bladder stuff.....it kicked my shrinking hiney!!!
BTW - I've dropped 12 lbs since surgery two weeks ago!!!!
18 more to go then I'm at GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
