quick workout at the gym...but better small than none!

No workout for me on Monday and even though I was saying I swore I would go to the gym after work today. I got up at 4am to come to work for a surgery software upgrade on Monday. Then I was like a zombie by the time I got home yesterday afternoon but couldn't fall asleep until 10pm. When I woke up I was still exhausted this morning and allergies were driving me nuts. Soooooooo I promised I would go to the gym after work. Well guess what.. it is 6pm and I am still at work!! I should be home around 7:30pm. I just want to go to sleep so bad..............zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I'll try to push myself to at least go for a walk with the dogs. Maybe if I get a 2nd wind I will set my bike up on my mag trainer in front of the TV and do some indoor biking.
I plan to go to bed early tonight and get a fresh start tomorrow.
