Monday workout!!!!!

nothing spectacular but... walked 3 miles seated cable rows 10 reps at 70, 80, 90lbs russian twists bench press 135lbX10, 155lbX8, 165lbX6 and drum roll please: 175lbX1 My personal record! Not trying to be ****y...I am just excited! You should have heard me scream in the gym! People probably thought I was a little dumbell chest press: 45lbX10 50lbX8 55lbX6 smith machine (declines) 115lb X10 135lbX8 155lbX5 quick workout at the gym...but better small than none! I didn't get to do anything spectacular for my work out today - but I did get in an hour of pump and an hour of combat..... I feel so good now from that work out....I'm ready to be back in full swing of my work out!!! Great job Tammy!!! Dog you're strong! Much Dee Dee

Earl, An olympic lifting team???? You have some favor, you know? You will have to bring back pointers to us all! Have a blast at the meet on the 9th. you will have to let us know how you do! Dee Dee, 2 hours of cardio.....I think that is a pretty good workout! Have a good day all! Tammy

No workout for me on Monday and even though I was saying I swore I would go to the gym after work today. I got up at 4am to come to work for a surgery software upgrade on Monday. Then I was like a zombie by the time I got home yesterday afternoon but couldn't fall asleep until 10pm. When I woke up I was still exhausted this morning and allergies were driving me nuts. Soooooooo I promised I would go to the gym after work. Well guess what.. it is 6pm and I am still at work!! I should be home around 7:30pm. I just want to go to sleep so bad..............zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I'll try to push myself to at least go for a walk with the dogs. Maybe if I get a 2nd wind I will set my bike up on my mag trainer in front of the TV and do some indoor biking. I plan to go to bed early tonight and get a fresh start tomorrow.

I made it this am .. did 55 min of spin. Tomorrow will be 20 min of HIIT cardio and 30 min of full body workout .. THanks!
