FRUITS OF MY LABOR...
Good Afternoon Everyone
How's the workouts coming along? What goals have you set for yourself last week? Did you accomplish those goals? and what goals have you set for yourself this week? GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ON REACHING YOUR SET GOALS AS WE ALL KNOW THAT WEIGHTLIFTING AND BODYBUILDING IS DIFFICULT AND TAKES LOTS OF DISCIPLINE!! BUT WE CAN DO THIS!!
My Goals...
I have been working on my UPPERBODY(Arms, Back, Shoulders) as this is the part that I feel needs the most work. I refuse to have any surgery done on my arms so I have gone with lifting HEAVIER weights to build the muscles up instead of just trying to TONE them. I have noticed a great difference in the way my upperbody looks as the muscles get bigger the skin is tightening!!
