Monday workout Phew!!!!
That gym smells like "butt crack alley" That is a quote from my workout partner! I told him I don't make it a common practice of sniffing dirty butt cracks!!!

dumbell press 35lb 3 sets
bench press 95lb X10, 115X8, 135 X6, 155 X4 (165 PR)
inclines 3 sets on smith machine
declines 3 sets on smith machine
leg press 3 sets of 25 245lb calves same
Now I am going to go walking with the kids for snowballs.
