Friday workout!!!!

No walking today but had a great workout! curls with bar.....45 X10, 55 X10, 55 X10 hammer curls 15 X12 X3 isolated curls 15X10 X3 cable curls 40 X15, 45 X12, 50 X10 super sets with next 3 exercises tri push downs 60lb X10 X3 over head tri 70X10, 80X10, 90X10 tri hoogymabobbies!(I am so sophisticated, ain't I???) 70X10,80X10,90X10 this triple set is a killer!!!!!! russian twist (10lb weight) 20,20,15,20 oooowwwwiiiiieeee!!!!! goodmornings.....25lb bar.....doesn't sound like much but killers!!! My hams are still sore. leg extensions....70lb til burn out for 3 sets, single legs 70lb...sets of 2,4,6,8 enough already.....I could hardly walk out! then I cleaned my husband's grandmothers car out....it smelled and it was severely dirty!!! took 1 1/2-2 hours to do! I was sweatin' like nobodies business! My 4 yr old wanted to know where I got all the water!!! Hope you all have a good night! Tammy
