Today's workout:
back rows: 70lb, 80lb, 90lb--15 reps each
single cable rows: 30lb, 40lb, 50lb--10 reps each
dumbell shoulder press: 20lb, 25lb, 35lb--10 reps each
shrugs: 30lb, 35lb, 40lb-- 15 reps each
back row machine: 90lb, 90lb, 115lb-- 10 reps each
leg extensions: 100lb, 110lb, 120lb--12 reps each
hamstring curls: 20lb, 40lb, 60lb-- 12 reps each
leg press: 330lb 15 reps X 3
calf raises on leg press same weight 20 reps X3
shoulder press machine 50lb, 60lb, 70lb 10 reps each
lat machine 70lb--12 reps, 80lb--12 reps, 90lb--10 reps
Where is everyone???? How are your workouts going???
I also walked 2 miles today. Slow but sure! 19 minute miles (painful sides on my calves! I am trying to walk through it! It is like a tooth ache that makes you limp.
