Finally got another good one in! My weekend was kinda screwy and this week will be too, as I have a funeral to go to, my daughters 8th grade dance, spending an evening shopping for that 8th grade dance and my support group meeting. Ok, that leaves tonight, and thursday for workouts! EEEK! Ok, here's tonights. Felt like when it was over so I know it was gooooooood. Stretched out reeeeallly good..aaahhh that's nice Leg curls 20# 2 sets of 6 25# x 6 30# x 6 35# x 6 40# x 6 45# x 4 Leg extensions 30# x 6 40# x 6 50# x 6 60# x 6 70# x 3 20# x 20 PUMP BABY PUMP Good Mornings 45# x 6 (warm up set) 65# x 6 75# x 6 85# x 6 95# x 6 Standing calf raises with 30# Dumbbells 3 sets to max out reps Abs on decline bench (roman chair style with twist) 3 sets of max out reps....yyyyoooouuuwww Killer man, killer.
