My friday consisted of SPRING CLEANING!!!! Saturday's workout was another story all together though!!!
Pump class....1 hour....Extra leg work
Leg press 15 x 105, 15 x 115, 10 x 135 (ouchie....)
Ham curls 15 x 95, 15 x 115, 10 x 130 (hurt so good!!!!)
weighted calf raises 15 x 55, 15 x 65, 10 x 75
walking Lunges 2 laps with 15 lbs weights on each leg......exhausting!
sometimes I push myself for no reason.....most of the time it's because the burn is so addictive!
