I feel strong today!
I am pumped up! First I walked 2 miles this am. (the pain was bearable)
I went to the gym...........I feel strong!!!!!!!!
lat pulls 70lb--12 80lb--12 90lb--12
shoulder press 40lbs--12 50lb--12 60lb--12
dumbell shoulder press 15lb--15 20lb--12 25lb--12
shrugs 35lb--15 40lb--15 45lb--15
incline back machine 80lb--12 90lb--12 125lb--10
Now for the legs...This is my pleasure in life. I love to do legs and it has been almost 8 months...I have been doing legs for 3 weeks now.
leg press 320lb--15 410lb--15 500lb--10 I LOVE IT!!
calf raises with same machine 15,15
hamstrings 40lb--10 20lb--10 30lb--10 I know this is one I will have to really work on. My quads are much stronger than my hams.....
I MUST SAY...SITTING ON THE TOILET MIGHT BE A LITTLE CHALLENGING TOMORROW!

Oh yes, but it is such a feel good pain!!
Dag yo... man that's some hellish workout with your legs. I LOOOOVE to work my legs. I love to work them into a rubbery mess! If I can't walk right then I know I did a good job.
I have actually been enjoying the upper body work outs more here lately, I like the definition I am seeing in my arms these days.
Next week is going to be a kick a$$ week for me to be sure!
