Hi everyone
I have notice the bottom part of my arms looking........grandma-ish.
Can anyone recommend some idea's of exercises to do for the lower part of your arms between the wrist and the elbow?

popeye forearms aren't real pleasant on women (usually) so my suggestion is the same but with a recommendation....keep your weights very light and make sure you really stretch the muscle so it dosen't bulk too much!!!
