Got great birthday workout at a gym!!! I have not felt comfortable working out at a gym in years, but it was awesome, the did 25 mins on the eliptical with a nice view of the Rocky mountains.

Dumbbell Lateral Raise: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs
Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs

Hello from Cincinnati. I did my workout in a Ballys gym in the city. My hotel room overlooks the Cincinnati. Nice workout. Have a safe trip.
