...body workout tonight! Just did an all over to get back in the groove. I find that helps when I have missed my regularly scheduled days of programming! Here goes: DB bench presses 15# 2 warm up sets, 25# 3 sets of 12 DB Incline flyes 15# 6 x 8 x 8 Overhead barbell presses 55# 10 x 6 x 8 Bent over lat raises 15# 3 sets of 12 Shrugs 40# 3 sets of 12 Jumping up and down the front steps like Earl did today...bunch of times, up all three, up and down on just one. Man that is killer...but I like it!! Balance is an issue with me (meniere's disease) but I did pretty good. Bet the neighbors thought I was Leg extensions 40# x 12, 50# 2 sets of 12 Leg curls 30# x 12 x 12 x 8 Hyperextensions 15 x 12 x 10 Seated Calf raises 60# 3 sets of 12 Leg raises on decline bench 8 x 6 x 6 way wicked man OK, done. Hope you all get your reservations in early for the Curry's camp in July, space is limited. Have a great weekend ya'll! Val

Good workout! Mine was blown out of the air today. My dear son went to the fire house today. LOL He was in his element......they looked so cute all dressed up in the mini firefighter outfits! It was sweet!! Don't forget I need 9 spaces for the food part of the party! Do we get a discount for quantity??? Do your daughters baby sit? How far from PA are you? 6 hours from the border! In the Southcentral area. I could bring Stacy and Dana with us. We do have a 15 passenger van you know! Tammy

Awww I bet that was cute!! I would be happy to give you a discount for a large group! Well, they want to but haven't yet, so we could break them in really good I still can't get over a 15 passenger van! GOOD LORD WOMAN!!! I can't even imagine driving one of those around, you must have a league of your own! Heck yea, bring everybody! Actually I think we are only about 2 or 3 hours from the PA border. Not that far actually.

Oh you ain't a kiddin' either...I didn't think they would be that hard, but when you are laying onthe decline bench, supporting your weight then bringing your legs up... WOW Killer. I did three sets of 6 the first time, then last time I got up to 2 reps of 8 then one of 6, so I am getting better.
