Wednesday workout!
cable rows 70,80,90lbs.....15X3
overhead dumbell press....15lbs 15 X3
front raises 10lb....15X3
shrugs.....30,35,35lb.....15X3
leg press....290lb 15X3
calf presses using same machine 290lb 15X3
leg extention machine....100lb 12X2
cable pulls(don't know what they are called) 10lb 10X3 (This one really was making me work and it was such light weight. I don't understand but I think my shoulders do!
shoulder press 40lb 15X3
I also walked 2 miles this morning at 6am. My legs hurt.
I am having fluid retention...they told me to drink more water. They are not sure if it is coming from my kidneys not working right or medication, or just hot weather! (I asked the Doctor where she was living??? It has only been in the low 60's) That's warmer than is was....WHAT??? HELLO??? anyhow...I have been drinking like a fish today and I am still swollen...My legs look almost 1 1/2 times their size(I am sure it looks worse to me).
I NEED A RUNNER OR WALKERS OPINION::::::::
I am having problems when I walk. on the outside of my leg near my ankle area and a few inches above Hurt like the devil towards the end of my walk. any idea why Or is there something I can do to stop it?

Yesterday I walked 14 holes of golf, NEVER MADE IT THAT FAR BEFORE ran out of sun or I would have made it 18, took some money from buddies too.
Tonight with the ten year old, he did everything I did, just less weight.
Chest Press (machine): Set 1: 15 reps @ 120.0 lbs | Set 2: 18 reps @ 110.0 lbs
Dumbbell Lateral Raise: Set 1: 10 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs
Dumbbell Supported Rear Lateral Raise: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 10.0 lbs
Cable Triceps Pushdown - reverse grip (short bar): Set 1: 15 reps @ 50.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 40.0 lbs
Lying Bent Leg Raises: Set 1: 35 reps | Set 2: 35 reps
Bent Leg Crunches: Set 1: 85 reps | Set 2: 80 reps

Mike, I don't think it is just the women that are strong around here! You are an inspiration along with everyone else around here.
I don't think you could hang around here and not get the itch! It is like having 2 or 3 personal trainers who push you to do better!

Nice work out Tammy. You are one strong women. I wish I could help you on the running/walking question, but I dont know.
