Monday workout!
flat bench dumbell press: 30lb-12 reps, 35lb-12 reps, 40lb-10 reps
incline press: 70lb-10 reps X 3
smith machine: 90lb-10reps, 100lb-10reps, 120lb-8reps
leg press: 240lb - 15 reps X3
squat machine: 240lb - 12 reps X3
calf raises: 240lb - 15 reps X4
pec deck: 60lb X10reps X2 60lb X6 reps X1
I also walked 2 miles at 6 am. My butt cheeks are killing me

I am totally released from my surgery and heart cath. I just had to wait a while till I could jump again.....260 lbs jumping around could cause some problems in the surgery site!!!! :
I just put it out there guys! We have all been there....just some of us have to wait a while till we get skinny.
Is it okay that I still post till my surgery?? Could be awhile till I get the money together.....Our money tree in the back yard died ya know???
