I added more wieght to my Monday work out.....I did my Pump class and I did my Combat class for Cardio. Afterwards I did more upper body work out on the weight machines. Chest press 75 lb x 6; 60lb x 10; 60 lb x 10 Lat pull down 75 lb x 6; 75 lb x 6; 60 lb x 10 chest pullover 60lb x 10 repeated 3 times seated row 75 lb x 6; 60 x 10; 60 x 10 Low back extensions 50 x 10 repeated 3 times Dual Ab machine 20 lb x 10; 20lb x 10: 30 lb x 15 (that HURT so good!!!!) Tomorrow is Cardio.....and giving the muscles a night off.... I'll do more weights later in the week and let ya know how that works! Dee Dee

If you want to build muscle, do the upper body weight training first...not after 2 classes. Secondly, unless you are super human, you can't do justice to 2 training classes and upper body workout (unless the classes are only for ½ hour). If you can do all three things (2 ½ hours of training), then something is not being done to its fullest potential. Cardio and weight training should never be more than 1 ½ hour. ....unless you let it rest between sessions ( like Earl does.)
