Strength assessment day, I have made big gains, but am still dismayed at how weak my chest had become, it is coming back sloooowly, but it is coming.
Walked nine holes of golf today, a little over two miles and hilly.
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press: Set 1: 12 reps @ 35.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 35.0 lbs | Set 3: 8 reps @ 35.0 lbs
Overhead Press (machine): Set 1: 12 reps @ 60.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 70.0 lbs | Set 3: 8 reps @ 50.0 lbs
Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise: Set 1: 12 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 15.0 lbs
Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension: Set 1: 12 reps @ 20.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 20.0 lbs
Bent Leg Crunches: Set 1: 109 reps in 75 seconds new PR
Leg Press - single leg: Set 1: 25 reps @ 200.0 lbs
Chest Press (machine): Set 1: 5 reps @ 140.0 lbs | Set 2: 1 rep @ 210.0 lbs new PR
Push Ups (regular position): Set 1: 17 reps new PR

Though I didn't get to do extra weight today - I did go to pump class....But that was the beginning of the "running" for the day.... I worked for an hour before I went to the gym - took my pump class (Assisting on the teaching...so I have to be EXTRA careful on positioning!)
I had to shower, get to the bank before it closed, feed the kids. get to base ball practice so we could have our game (which we lost... still a GOOD game though LOTS of jumping and running!) go to the tanning bed, shop for a birthday present for my niece to take to the birthday party I had to take her to....play in the jump machine for a few with the kids....
Now to settle in and do a few more hours of work...then go pick up my niece and "possibly" have a date later.....(maybe a little "exercise" there too )
What happened to weekends being relaxing?
