Played 18 holes of golf, rode in a cart, still burns about 1800 calories for my big fat a$$ (no carts in the fairway, still about a three mile walk, lots of hills)
Weights with my new workout partner:
Leg Press - single leg: Set 1: 10 reps @ 160.0 lbs | Set 2: 5 reps @ 170.0 lbs | Set 3: 8 reps @ 170.0 lbs
Set 4: 7 reps @ 170.0 lbs
Hamstring Curls - seated: Set 1: 12 reps @ 50.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 50.0 lbs
Leg Extensions: Set 1: 12 reps @ 65.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 65.0 lbs
Standing Calf Raises: Set 1: 12 reps @ 165.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 165.0 lbs
Lying Bent Leg Raises: Set 1: 40 reps | Set 2: 40 reps
Stability Ball Crunches: Set 1: 54 reps | Set 2: 54 reps | Set 3:

Ok. Mikee, dont rub it in on the golf. Ohio weather is cold and rainy again. I was so ready for spring..... on Sunday they are calling for mixed snow and rain. No wonder Columbus has been rated one of the fatest cites in the US. I think you have a typo...its 180 calories not 1800.....unless you did that run/golf game with one club.....nice leg workout...and abs too.
Workout parnters can really help....or hurt....I hope you got a good one. My wife is my workout buddy. She dabs the sweat from my brow while I lift.....NOT. Actually, I am her Cabanna boy, fanning her while she lifts and handing her weights. Keep it up
Sorry about the snow, that is what I thought too, but another site gave me the same approx number lotsa walking, swinging cussing it does seem a little high huh, all I know is I am one tired puppy after.
My buddy is my ten year old son, he talks alot but is doing well The cabana boy gig is fun, I have done that a few times. Enjoy.
