Increasing weights
WOW - it's amazing that I've been working out for a while now - yet increasing my weights tends to get the lactic acid burning again. (Gotta LOVE to burn!) I went up on my leg weights again....and I can totally feel it in my hams. The quads are tingling - but not burning as badly! Calves aren't sore....go figure!
I guess I'll get these guys to stop burning and will increase the upper body weights.....
I just LOVE the way working out makes me feel.....I just wanted to share. I think I've finally shaken the funk! (Not to mention I've lost another 6 lbs!!!)
