Dumbbell One Arm Row - elbow close: Set 1: 15 reps @ 40.0 lbs
Leg Press - single leg: Set 1: 15 reps @ 160.0 lbs
Hamstring Curls - seated: Set 1: 15 reps @ 40.0 lbs
Cross Crunches: Set 1: 32 reps | Set 2: 32 reps
Cable Biceps Curl - reverse grip: Set 1: 15 reps @ 35.0 lbs
