Short sweet and to the point
Hi gang!
I had a recovery workout tonight. It had been a long day and I just wasn't up to a all out max effort night, so with the encouragement of my wonderful husband/personal trainer, I had a short intense workout to get the blood flowing and the muslces moving a little!
Flat DB bench press
15# x 6 x 6
20# x 12 x 12 x 12
Overhead DB presses
15# x 6 x6
20# x 12 x 9 x 11
Incline DB presses
15# x 6 x 6
20# x 12 x 12 x 12
Tricep overhead presses on flat bench
10# x 12 x 12 x 12 (45 second rest between sets) Killer.
My whole workout was less than a 1/2 hour. Quick and intense. My arms were totally pumped. Earl even took some pictures. I am kinda liking they way my muscles are starting to look!
