I did it!

I did it!!! I'm back to my workouts. I'm eating clean except I gave in to having some chinese food last night, but I didn't overdo it. Here's yesterdays workout. 4am - 20 minutes weight loss interval on the elliptical machine 5pm - 10 minutes on treadmill & 30 minutes of weight training This morning I did 20 minutes weight loss plateau on the elliptical machine, but I won't be working out this evening because I have photography class all night. I wonder how many calories you burn developing photos in a darkroom??? Do you burn extra if you're freaking out because you don't know what you're doing and you're in a dark closet??? Didn't think so. It's not as much as I'd like, but it's a start. Thanks to everyone for continuing to be such a great inspiration to me! Jennifer

That is awesome Jenny!!! I must get something like that, when I get to a gym I like the eliptical machines that you can do intervals, and hill climbs, very cool.

GO JENNIFER!!!!!!!!! See, you feel better about life now don't you? I am so proud of you and glad to see you back at it! You know, you gotta start somewhere, and it's better to start off slow and easy and work your way into it. That way you don't get burnt out, or hurt then give it up altogether! Keep up the great job!
