Hi guys. Bad news. My appeal was denied. So no insurance coverage for my new boobies. I am not going to take it to the insurance board at the state level. I am just done with that battle. So...gonna save my pennies and earn it myself!! Just wanna say my hubby is the greatest in the whole wide world He sure did cheer me up today and make me feel better...then he kicked me in the arse and told me to go work it out... you'll feel better! He's so smart too! So...that's what I did, and yep I feel better. I just pictured me lobbing large weights at their heads while they were all sitting at their little board meeting. AAARRRRGGGGHHHH THUMP! HEHEHEHE YEAH...NOW I FEEL BETTER! Ok here goes! Speed squat! 45# 3 sets of warm up 65# x 4 x 4 85# x 4 105# for 10 sets of 2. On my attempt at the last two sets my left knee said "NOPE...ain't happenin" owch... So rather than blow it out, I ended my speed squat session. Leg curls 20# 3 sets of 12 Leg Extensions 40# 3 sets of 15 Hyperextensions 3 sets of max reps oooohhhh burns so good! Donkey calf raises 25# plate for max reps 35# plate for max reps - 2 sets Backrows machine 50# 3 sets of 12 Pull downs narrow grip 40# for 10 60# 2 sets of 8 Dumbbell side bends 35# 3 sets of max reps each side My daughter Katie worked out with me. She did benching and I am gonna post her workout cuz I am proud of her. This was her 2nd work out today! At school in gym class she did squats 105# 3 sets of 8 115# for 15 singles At home Bench press DB flat bench press 10# x 10 15# 2 sets of 10 Bench press with bar bell 55# 3 sets of 10 Abs incline crunches 3 sets of 10 Way to go Katie girl! She's the next powerlifting champ of the family...the powerlifting coach already told her he wants her on the team next year. As long as our school levy passes...if not there won't be any sports or anything...so keep our kids your prayers gang! Ok, much love to my homies! Val

I am so sorry that it did not work with insurance, but seems like a lot of cool stuff other than that, good workout and news on your daughter and the lifting team, fingers crossed for the sports. Oh Val, that's such a shame. You're always such an inspiration to me. Just keep working out and saving your pennies. Do you know how much it's going to cost? My PRK eye surgery was $3600 and I wanted it very bad. I started a savings account just for my eye surgery and plastic surgery down the road. Even after I had saved up the money, it was still hard to pry it out of my hands. I hate to part with money! LOL. But, as I got up this morning and once again reached for my glasses that aren't there, I know that it was worth the money. Get you a piggy bank and start stuffing pennies in it now. You'll have new boobs in no time!!! Jennifer

Thanks Jennifer. Once I got over the disappointment I realized that there are worse things that can happen. My wonderful loving generous hubby is helping me get my savings started and I have officially changed my "Harley Fund" jar to the "Boob Fund" jar. It is here on my desk at work, so that oughta raise a few eyebrows huh? I have a little postie covering the word Harley up...really funny. I have to prioritize! Besides, I need the new boobs and tummy tuck before I can look good on the bike! I know it will make it that much more worth it to me in the long run. Plus, maybe I can show my girls that anything worth having is worth working and saving for! Thanks for the support and kind words! I do appreciate it! Val

I'm worried about the "boob" issue myself...since mine are in a race to see which one will reach my waist line first! I know there are a lot of bigger issues that I need to worry about....but it's weird what we focus on. Keep up the work out and get some pennies together and you'll find you;ll be able to get this surgery covered before long! Best wishes and much Dee Dee
