Another great night in my gym. Had to abbreviate it a little due to time, but I got a kick ass workout in anyways. I know it's good when I sweat. And I had a good sweat goin' tonight. Speed squat night! Feeling strong baby! 45# warm up 10 x 10 65# x 4 x 4 85# x 3 105# 12 sets of 2 reps with 45 sec rest between New PR Leg curls 20# 3 sets of 15 Seated calf raises 55# 3 sets of 12 New PR Back Rows Machine (different equip at home than in the gym) 45# 3 sets of 12 Pull downs (behind the head ~ that's new for me) 40# 3 sets of 12 DB side bends 35# 3 sets of max reps each side New PR So, I did pretty good. I felt quick and strong tonight with my speed sets, but man that REALLY wears you out!! Now off to a hot then off to for some great Have a great one guys and dolls! Val
