Another great night in my gym. Had to abbreviate it a little due to time, but I got a kick ass workout in anyways. I know it's good when I sweat. And I had a good sweat goin' tonight.

So, I did pretty good. I felt quick and strong tonight with my speed sets, but man that REALLY wears you out!!
