Heart is not in it, but I got it done. It is funny how things can mess you up, and take the vigor out of you. Oh well, I did get a pretty good pump, that is still with me a little. Do you all notice as you get better, the pump stays longer? AWESOME! Chest Press (machine): Set 1: 12 reps @ 120.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 140.0 lbs | Set 3: 10 reps @ 140.0 lbs Dumbbell Lateral Raise: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs Dumbbell Supported Rear Lateral Raise: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs Cable Triceps Pushdown - reverse grip (short bar): Set 1: 15 reps @ 50.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 40.0 lbs Did the tape, WOW, not many reps but did it ever kick my abs, had em cramping, very slow with a double pump at the top of each move. Ab Lounge: Set 1: 32 reps | Set 2: 32 reps Ab Lounge (Oblique): Set 1: 24 reps | Set 2: 24 reps Mike

Hey Mike! Been there done that. I had one of those about 3 weeks ago...but you know, you did it. That's all that counts. Sometimes I get more out of those workouts than I thought. My youngest daughter (the cheerleader ) and I were talking about that Tae Bo tape. Which one do you have? I really want to look into getting it. Earl and I took a long walk last night. It was really nice, the weather was warm, and birds were out...aaahhhh memories of summer! According to the weather man, it's supposed to be snowing on Saturday. OHIO WEATHER SUCKS MAN!!! I am going to get to workout at home again tonight. Open the garage door and jam man! The girls were asking me last night if we were working out again here! I think I have got them hooked. Katie is really enjoying the training at school! She is doing 95# squats for sets of 12!! She's a beast like her mom! My youngest daughter who weighs about 110# pounds can already bench 65#. Gotta love those powerlifting genes... They get it all from me you know!!

I have the original set, that comes with the instruction video (It took me a month to get thru this). I do the basic tape now, which is 30 minutes (Including warm up/cool down). He has a Crunch tape, and a boot camp out now which I understand is torture (Like 30 of abs). he is awesome though, you can find them at used book stores, and Target etc... You want the instructional video though. You have to get the moves down, jabs, hooks, side kicks, round house kicks etc... That is so cool about the girls, I get Nate (Our son) out there from time to time, he enjoys it when I can get him out there. Sorry about the snow, I am so ready for warm weather, we had a week of 80's earlier in the month, it has been cold (50-70) and rainy since. Mike
