Hi! I actually got to work out in my own garage today! It was nice and sunny today, warmer than it has been in a while...aaaaahhhhh I was just soakin' up the sun!
I so enjoy working out in my own place. Put the music I want on, and the best part was my girls worked out with me! I got a couple of great bench pressers starting. Strong girls like their Mom!!

Speed bench day (with bands)

Bar pushups

DB Curls (each arm)

Abs on incline bench
3 sets to max reps
