heart rate monitors?

Hello all, I am looking for a suggestion on a good wris****ch heart rate monitor I don't want one that has the strap that you put around your chest. One that I can put my finger on the watches little monitor area. Any suggestions? Also an accurate podometer would be good as well for the cardio tracking. Thanks, Leslie
